Moochild has been performing solo gigs in Bristol since July 2004. The highlight of 2005 was the tour of Japan in April where he played 6 dates to audiences in Tokyo, Kyoto, Matsumoto and Okayama. A follow up tour with the Japanese bands Nighteller, The Known and The Boots is happening in July 2006 with gigs in Bristol, London, Cardiff and Bath.

 They have released a 7 inch single on lovely see-thu yellow vinyl called 'Yellow Shades'. Debut album 'Flavour of the month' is set for release on Sunday Tuning records in Japan in early 2008 as well as Usurp records soon. The album was partly produced mixed and mastered by Ali Chant from Toybox Studio, Bristol. He has recently worked with John Parish and PJ Harvey.

In November 2007The Boots completed their 2nd tour of Japan with Timothy Weary from the Weary Band. Mark Day played rhythm guitar with The Boots. The Boots have gigged around Bristol and London...
